Swimming blog - TRAINING Personal Training: Now Available Online!

Swimming by yourself can raise an important question – how do I improve my swimming? Without a coach, there is nobody there to comment on your technique or to give you feedback and tips on how to improve. But that’s all in the past with the SwimGym Analyser

At SwimGym.com we provide you with coach feedback and advice on your swimming technique from a distance, wherever you are. With the Analyser you can easily record your swimming, upload your videos and have our coaches analyse your technique on a big screen. You will receive an elaborate video with feedback, technique exercises, advice and coach tips.

PERSONAL FEEDBACK
Personalised video feedback has multiple benefits. You get focused tips that are tailored to your swimming technique. Everyone is different, and therefore each person’s feedback is unique. To work on your improvement points, we give you specific swimming exercises (drills) so you can practice step-by-step. We use drills to break down the stroke, so you can isolate the area you need to work on. Challenge yourself to become a better swimmer and track your progress.

The SwimGym Analyser will be available in your account after purchase. Wherever you are, you can easily record yourself swimming and upload your videos.

PERSONAL TRAINING
If you happen to be in the Amsterdam area, you can also book a personal training session in the SwimGym Amsterdam pool. A personal training includes a video recording, technique analysis and personal feedback. Go to www.swimgym.nl/en/personaltraining for more information.

Don’t just get physical, let’s get personal!
