This plan is for intermediate level swimmers who can swim 300 freestyle continuously at an easy pace. You have done multiple triathlons before and you are looking for a crash course to improve your swimming technique and endurance quickly.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our swim programs are specifically tailored to improve your swimming technique and endurance for the Half IRONMAN. This includes improving your efficiency and stroke length with specific drills for better body positioning, arm recovery, hand entry, catch and stroke rate.
